About Us

Better U Dining, Inc opened its doors February 5, 2017 and over the last seven years, we have sold over 65,000 meals. Food preparation supervised by our registered dietitian,        Jackie Morris, RD, CDN, MPH, advocate for food and nutrition.

We created the name Better U Dining to place the focus on you, our customers. It is a better food service experience that offers healthful choices and natural juices in addition to our authentic Jamaican cuisine and vegan options. All our entrees are made 'from scratch' with no added preservative.

At our current location we do catering and curbside pick up only.  No formal dining at this time. 

We partner with Door Dash, Uber Eats and Beyond Menu to bring our delicious food right to your door. 

We are famous for our tasty oxtail as well as our wide selection of hot vegan entrees.

Our moist, succulent, delicious vegan burger is home-made and is a must have for both vegan and non-vegan patrons. It is rich in  protein and fiber and contains 0g fat.

Our natural juices are both fresh and refreshing with no sugar added. These include our carrot-apple juice, beet and carrot juice and our all fruit smoothie.

Home-made drinks include our signature pineapple drink with ginger, sorrel, peanut punch and fruit punch with ginger. All our drinks and juices are vegan.
